Research And Development Activities
The Centre's long-term focus is to consolidate and Leverage its R&D capability. This capability consists of a suite of upgraded experimental and computational facilities, a group of dedicated and highly successful researchers, and national and international networks.

The Centre will target the following:

  1. Collaborative research with Australian and international institutions and individual researchers
  2. Industrial and defence R&D activities and projects
  3. Tendered industrial work
  4. Collaboration with industry in product commercialisation and technology transfer
  5. Grant application for fundamental research and industrial R&D.

Our upgraded experimental facilities are generally medium sized equipped with up-to-date technology. They are flexible to user's requirements and cost-effective.

We offer concessional rates for R&D users accessing our facilities and strongly encourage potential users to form a collaborative partnership with us in their R&D and commercialisation pursuit.

We also welcome enquiries from researchers in Australia or from overseas who are interested in spending their sabbatical leaves in our Centre.

The commercial work of the Centre is managed through AMC's commercial arm, AMC Search Ltd.
